Cancellation Policy:

Customers may cancel a registration at any time. All cancellations of registrations should be communicated via email to scheduling@bayercpr.org. If a student has an emergency come up, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and we’ll work it out on a case by case basis. See policy below for refund information.

Customers will be refunded 100% of course cost if BayerCPR needs to cancel a class for any reason. If a customer cancels a registration at least one week before the scheduled course date, they may incur a $25 non-refundable fee, and will be refunded the remaining amount. If a customer cancels a registration within one week of the scheduled course date, no refund will be given as students are expected to be attending class at that point. If a student does not show up to class without prior notice, they will be treated as a “No Show” and no refund will be granted. Rescheduling Policy:

Customers may reschedule a registration anytime before one week within the scheduled course start time. All rescheduling of registrations should be communicated via email to scheduling@bayercpr.org. Within one week of the course start date, all students are expected to be attending and rescheduling will not be permitted. If a student does not communicate an absence or lateness beforehand and does not show up to class, they will be treated as a “No Show”. If a student has an emergency come up, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and we’ll work it out on a case by case basis. See policy below for refund information.

If a customer reschedules a course (following the instructions outlined above) for another date, there will be a $25 rescheduling fee incurred. If a customer wishes to reschedule to a different date and attend a different course, the amount paid for the original course will be credited towards the purchase of the new course and any remaining balance being credited to the customer for future use.
